SPECIAL EVENTS FOR 2012
January – Canned good Sundays (50% off admission with 2 canned goods per person each Sunday in January)
February – Bring your sweetheart for free on Valentine’s Day Weekend! (adult only special – one adult sweetie free with a paid adult admission – valid Saturday, Feb 11 to Tuesday, Feb 14)
March – Teacher Month (Free Teachers every day in March with teacher ID)
April – Homeschool Month (Homeschool students and families receive $8 per person admission daily with homeschool ID)
May – Mom’s free on Mother’s Day (Mom receives free admission with a fully paid child admission)
June – Dad’s free on Father’s Day (Dad receives free admission with a fully paid child admission)
August – Double Dino Days (when you pay full admission price in August, you get a ticket to come back any day in December except Christmas Day)
September – $1 County Admission for Kentucky Park Only (Saturday, September 22, this is for Barren County and the counties that touch, Allen, Barren, Edmonson, Hart, Metcalfe, Monroe, Warren)
October –
- Dog Month (Bring your dog and get $2 off per admission per dog)
- Fossil Day Friday thru Sunday, October 12 to 14th (special fossil prices in giftshop)
- Free kids on Halloween (children ages 3-12 in costume receive free admission on Halloween day)
November –
- Grandparent’s Sundays (Grandparents receive a free admission with a fully paid child admission the first 3 Sundays in November)
- Free Veterans on Veterans Day (ID required)
December – Toy donation Sundays (50% off admission first 2 Sundays with new packaged toy)
Yearly – Free birthday admission for kids (with proof of birthday)
