In an effort to meet needs of the expanding homeschool market often traveling in smaller educational group sizes, any home school student, homeschool teacher, and their siblings, can receive $8 admission the entire month of April. Home school documentation is requested to receive the discount admission.

An even lower rate of $5 per person is available anytime throughout the year for groups of 12 or more with advance reservations. The $8 rate is for single homeschool families and smaller groups due to homeschool travel trends.

Beginning Friday, March 23rd, children can learn about paleontology by sifting through the sands of a dig site in search of authentic fossils to take home. Children can find up to nine different fossils in the dig site, and are able to take their favorite fossil home. While doing this, they will not only learn about fossils, but also a bit about the difference between paleontology vs. archeology. “If you have fun while learning, that’s when it sticks,” said Dinosaur World Marketing Director Nicole Randall. “And having fun while learning is what both Dinosaur World and BRIMS are all about.” Children will also see a replica juvenile Chasmasaur and parts of a replica Tyrannasarus Rex.

The new dinosaur paleontology exhibit joins BRIMS areas of astronomy, chemistry, biology, electronics and more in an effort to engage the community in scientific exploration. Dinosaur World is proud to partner in this effort to help children grown in science.

BRIMS is located at the Greenwood Mall in Bowling Green. The hours are Friday and Saturday from 10am to 6pm. Dinosaur World is home to over 150 life size dinosaurs located on I-65, Exit 53 in Cave City. Field trip reservations may be made at both locations.

March is teacher month. All teachers with school ID receive free admission to Dinosaur World. We do this to show our educational opportunities available including our $5 per student field trips.
